It is my pleasure to share with you a piece written on stress and relaxation by 4A student, Vienghkham Saenbouttalath.
How I Cope with Stress
When I feel stressed I like to talk to people like close friends or older people, walk somewhere and sometimes I don’t say any word, just keep quiet. Talking to people helps me to find a way out and manage my stress and forget it. The places [I walk to] are quiet and fresh air can help me to be better and [makes it] easy to understand the situation that happened. But sometimes I don’t say any word when I get angry. I just keep quiet and then I feel fresher and do not feel angry about the situation.
